How do you look like a MODEL?

Here we are again with our Eat like a Booom Model column!

Last time we had a chat with Oana, discovering her tips & tricks to always stay fit and in perfect shape.

Today our Parisian Boom Model NABIL takes the wraps off his healthy routine.
Nabil’s perfect and defined body is the result of strict discipline, hard work and extreme attention for what he eats.

If you want to follow him, be prepared to stockpile a lot of fruits, vegetables and proteins!
Not only is it good to stay in shape, but also it’s perfect for your health!

BREAKFAST

"​I’m definitley a fan of rich breakfasts!
Usually I start the day with a cup of low fat yogurt and honey, fruits (apple and banana are my favourite!) and almonds, plus 100 gr of chicken.
​
And coffee, obviously. I couldn’t do without."

LUNCH

"​Between castings and trainings I try to find the time to regularly eat the right way. Balance is always the key to be lean and healthy (and actually it’s the key for everything in life!)
Usually I go for a mixed salad with tomatoes, tuna, almond, cucumbers and quinoa, but sometimes I need more proteins so I opt for chicken or fish with vegetables and a fistful of rice."

DINNER

"​For dinner I try to keep as light as possible.
If I haven’t ate it for lunch, I always prefer a mixed salad, otherwise I chose some lentils, green beans, some veggie soup and eggs or anything healthy, depending on what I can find in my fridge, which actually offers me only super good food!"

What about your workouts?

​Every Monday and Thursday evening for 1 hour and on Saturday afternoon I go at my boxing training.
Every Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday morning I go to the Gym, where I work different muscles and everyday abs.
 
Finally, everyday, except Monday, Thursday and Sunday I do around 25/30 km of cycling and I run around 10km every Sunday.

​ Any exceptions?

Sometimes it's hard to keep focused everyday on diet so if I really want to eat something sweet, I treat myself with a healthy shake made of dark chocolate, banana, honey, low fat yoghurt and a scoop of protein powder ;)  

Plus, on sunday, I eat what I want because I go visit my family. But there's only one thing I can't resist: my mom makes an excellent
apple pie with ice cream and a bit of chocolate on it !! Oh, it's just perfect, I can't help eating it!
