BREAKFAST
"I start the day with oatmeal, chia seed, dried or fresh fruits and almonds. Some days, on the contrary, I like to treat myself with some toasted bread, avocado and boiled eggs. My must? A cup of tea or coffee. At the end, I always have my stomach filled with healthy and tasty food, which always gives me the right energy to face even the super busy days." |

"So, basically, the best way to stay healthy and fit for me is
WORKOUT + BALANCED AND HEALTHY MEALS
I work out as much as I can, usually twice or three times a week. I really like going to the gym, it keeps me fit and it really helps me releasing some stress. Model life can be really hard!!
Of course during the day it happens to be hungry so I usually have smoothies, pressed juices, or some fruits (my fav one is watermelon... sooo juicy!) which are easy to carry with me running from one casting to another.
However.. I must confess. Sometimes I treat myself with something sweet. Cookies and ice cream are what I love the most, but the key, as always, is portion control!"
