Of course during the day it happens to be hungry so I usually have smoothies, pressed juices, or some fruits (my fav one is watermelon... sooo juicy!) which are easy to carry with me running from one casting to another.
However.. I must confess. Sometimes I treat myself with something sweet. Cookies and ice cream are what I love the most, but the key, as always, is portion control!"
